Watch something that makes you laugh, make a joke, or look up funny cat videos on YouTube, whatever will work for you. Smiling will immediately give you a boost of positivity.

A lot of negativity and anxiety can come from the things that you are unable to control. There is a lot of that going on in the world right now, so you can feel extra negative or anxious as a result. So instead, take control over the things that you can change or control. It could be taking control over your health and taking steps to improve it through how much you move and what you eat. It could be changing some of the things that you are able to change, such as changing your hair color or looking into tongue piercing types if you fancy trying something new. When you change something that you can change, it can give you a boost and help you to feel good, regardless of what is going on around you.
Take up a hobby
When you have time on your hands, then it can be taken up with things that aren’t going to help your positivity. You might find you scroll social media more or overeat when you have down time. So instead, take up a new hobby that is going to help you to be more positive. You will have something to focus on and it will help you to spend your time more wisely.
