As you all know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and one of my favorite makeup companies of all time, Clinique, is making their voice heard. This year marks the brand’s 20th anniversary, which means 20 years of handing out pink ribbons, 20 years alerting women to be scanned regularly, and 20 years smiling with those who have won the battle, as well as crying with those who did not. This is a cause near and dear to me, as my family has had some close calls and many of my friends’ loved ones have suffered through this terrible disease. This year’s theme is Courage, and I couldn’t think of a better adjective to describe the women fighting this battle every day.

Believe in a world without breast cancer. Know we’re here until it’s true.

Clinique will be spreading this awareness by making available a line of pink ribbon products during the month of October whose proceeds will go directly to raise funds for medical research. These include (pictured above from left to right) Chubby Stick Moisturizing Lip Colour Balm [LOVE this product], Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion [my all-time fav], and Clinique Courage Pin. Make sure you pass by a Clinique counter near you and scoop up one of these amazing products that will benefit such an important cause.

And for all of those courageous women out there, know that your strength is admirable. You are the true heroes in this world.
