Before’s & After’s

I promised all of you some fun before and after shots as we progressed on our new home and we’ve been moving along enough to finally share some with you! We still have so much to go, but are having fun with the process. Well, except for that pesky mortgage part – our first payment gets sent in tomorrow – ouch! 😉

Gorgeous new laminate flooring in Rustic Maple and real crown moldings. That’s right, they used to be foam. I’m just as confused as you are, no worries.

Finally, our kitchen got a little beauty lift with a new color – chartreuse! I couldn’t be happier with the results – it looks so bright, cheery and modern.

Hopefully I’ll be able to continue updating with our projects leading up to our tentative move in date: Memorial Day weekend! I can’t lie, I am so excited to move in! This house is feeling more and more like our home & our current apartment is feeling less. I’m itching for the transition!

  4. I know exactly what you mean about it feeling like home – our apt is literally out of sight, out of mind. It feels like this IS and has been our home. Your design choices are all amazing! I can’t wait to see it in person.
