Last month, Geek Girl Brunch Miami hosted its second brunch and the ladies chose Sherlock as the theme. The Local House in Miami Beach was nice enough to host our event, and we even had a special surprise for all our brunchettes: free mini-manicures with Sherlock-themed nail art! Overall, it was a really great morning and I absolutely love how much our girls get along! The girls played trivia again this time around for the clothing items, and I guess I made them a little too tough – I had them stumped most of the time and had to offer hints! Oops! As we all chatted, ate some great food, drank mimosas and fangirled away, Gena of I Heart NailArt was giving the girls some mini manicures outside in the Florida sunshine. If you are local and have never heard of Gena and her amazing work, definitely check her out both on her Instagram and at Vanity Projects. She has done all my fandom related nails and I already have her booked for my baby shower!
