I love me some sparkles, especially when they are on my feet! These little loafers are so fantastic, and they are so affordable over at Tobi. I’m really sad that other people look at the site as well because there is only one size left and it is most definitely not mine. Commence Internet stalking of said shoes.
With weddings comes a lot of events, which means a lot of outfits! This can get pretty painful on your wallet pretty quickly, but that’s where budget shopping comes into play! This outfit, which is totally one of my new favorites, was under $60! My absolute favorite part of it were the shoes (big surprise). I don’t know if you all remember, but I had have a slight obsession with these Aldo wedges. I wanted them in every color, but with their current price tag, I would be lucky if I could swing one. That is, until I saw these super similar ones at GoJane.com for a quarter of the price! They come in a wide array of fun summer colors as well, and are very comfortable. Take it from me: I was wearing them for 12+ hours this day and I didn’t want to saw my feet off (always an accomplishment).

This dress has been haunting me for weeks. Usually, that means I should buy it. But I went on kind of a shopping binge while the hubs was gone so I am on a current shopping freeze (ugh, I hate those). So I will just admire from afar (hate doing that too) for now. Welcome to Miami summers: humid, disgusting and bright. I’m pretty sure the morning these photos were taken, there was hail. Unless, of course, I was having some twisted nightmare. So, naturally, it was a great idea to rock the full on black rockstar look. I’m a Miami native, so I can handle it, but I’m pretty sure the hubs was ready to go on strike!

It was only a matter of time before I succumbed to the pantone color of the year, tangerine tango. I had seen it on, well everything, and while attending the Fashion Bloggers Event at Neiman Marcus a few weeks back, I decided I had to make it mine. Specifically in pant form. So I scoured the web trying to find an affordable pair of orange pants/jeans, only to find them at Tobi (my new guilty pleasure) for 30% off. I naturally had to have them. And I’m so glad for the impulse buy! They are so vibrant and amazing. I’m warning you all, this will be my summer staple. Sorry if I bore you.
Funny story about my super pretty, light and breezy top pictured. That night, I decided it would be awesome to cook in said fantastic and pretty top. Unfortunately, the oil I was cooking with thought it was amazing as well because it splattered all over it! I had a minor panic attack (I mess up all my new clothes, always), but after a quick hand wash, I was able to save it! Rejoice! You may also see me in this top for the entirety of summer. Anything semi-sheer and lightweight will get a lot of airplay in our 100+ degree heat. Deal with it. 😉
