Thanks to everyone who participated – I really enjoyed reading all your unicorn memories! I noticed a lot of you mentioned the 80’s film, Legend, and I thought I would share with you all that I have never seen it. I know. Complete sacrilege. I’ve been a big fan of the Cupcakes and Mace (what a great name) Etsy shop for awhile now, and have ordered a few fun necklaces from them. I’m sure if you haven’t seen me raving about my own purchases, you have seen at least one, two or twelve Lovable Fridays featuring these cute and original pieces. I love how bright, kitschy and fun their accessories are with such attention to detail. Crafter extraordinaire and shop owner, Kim, is a total doll and decided to team up with me to give away one of my favorite items in her shop: the unicorn necklace!

Honestly, who wouldn’t want the coolest mythical beast (ok, so maybe tied with dragons…) around their neck? Plus, you can choose from a cornucopia of colors for your horny creature (had to, sorry) to make it more personalized.
