What I Wore: Date Nite

Since I am always looking for a good deal, I was overjoyed when the lovely Ms. Audrey of Conversation Pieces filled me in on her new project, Shop Speedy Girl. The idea behind the new site is that it can be considered kind of like a drive-thru fashion ATM. Every 24 hours, shoppers are offered 2 items at a special price within a 24hr period.  The merchandise is made up of current season styles from comparable mod and vintage fashion retailers, but at Shop Speedy Girl, customers can expect to pay up to 50% less. Yep, you heard right! How can you say no? I know I couldn’t – especially when I saw this adorable little cupcake-like dress. I thought it was absolutely perfect for a date night in the always humid South Florida. Its lightweight and breezy nature paired with the girly ruffles in pastel hues sealed the deal. Best part? The hubs’ reaction: “oh wow, do you look cute or what?”
