I could just babble about our recent trip to Chicago, but I’m sure you all tire of my mumbo jumbo every now and then. So instead, here are the highlights of our trip in photo form. I honestly wish I could take a trip like this one at least one weekend a month. It was so fun, refreshing and exciting. Let’s do it again in the near future, Chicago!

Cupcakes and free bubbles: all I need in life.
The best martinis I’ve ever had in my life from The Blue Stem.
Which I shared with a pretty special lady <3
I don’t think Chicago saw a lot of my face.

Perfect day for a boat ride!
There was a lot of wandering…

It really was an awesome time, and I found myself having a hard time coming back home! Sometimes you just need to mix it up a bit.

Wait, what?! How have you never blown a dandelion?!
I’m glad you found GF cupcakes! A cupcake-free existence sounds awful! 😉

I don’t want to live in a world without cupcakes – I know you understand 😉
I’ve never seen a dandelion in Miami in my life. Don’t know if they don’t grow here or if I just have not been all that perceptive.
