Lovable Friday

I’m a big fan of balloons. They just really set the mood and tone for a fun festivity. That’s why my jaw dropped when I discovered Geronimo balloons. They are nothing short of magical: huge and perfectly round 36 inch spheres, tied with glittery, gorgeous, fairy-like streamers of wonder. Yes, I am in love. Want to know more? Such a sweet story.

I couldn’t agree more with this statement. It would have been extremely applicable last year before my gluten epiphany, but I have to make a confession: sometimes I can’t resist a good beer. A few weeks ago I caved and had a lot a little Rogue Dead Guy at a local pub. I had to! It was on draft, dude – I couldn’t pass that up. 😉

Giving myself at home manicures has been a form of therapy for me lately, so seeing all these fun designs gets me all giddy to try it out myself. Unfortunately, I don’t have the steadiest of hands so I’m not sure what the end result would look like (especially on my left hand), but I’m willing to give it a messy shot!

I’m all about this cuff – it’s so perfect for summer: colorful and creative. I could see it being paired with one of the season’s hottest maxi dresses or just a tank and jean shorts. Spotted on Pinterest, but found on Fifi’s.

I’ve already voiced on Pinterest that I think I may die if I don’t get a striped skirt this summer, and I’m dead serious (har har). I can’t get enough of all the styles floating around, but my absolute favorite is Zara‘s pencil number featured above by the pretty and fashionable, Style Pill. Now to find the time to make it down to my nearest Zara to pick up this pretty for a bangin’ $40!
