Lovable Friday!

1. DIY Succulent Tray

I absolutely adore succulents. I think they are so elegant and can give a modern feel to any decor. That’s why when I saw this absolutely adorable DIY on Oh, Hello Friend, my heart melted. It’s so easy and perfect for summer. I also loved her idea to gift them to friends. How sweet would that be?

2. Best Wedding Ever

Now years after my own wedding, I still go ga-ga over beautiful and unique ones. This one by far has taken the cake (ha, no pun intended). It was full of so many gorgeous details like the pink flamingos lining the aisles, tissue paper streamers adorning the chuppah, and the pretty pastel color scheme. Let’s not even start with the mind-blowing vintage wedding dress and fun and flouncy bridesmaid dresses. And the best part? It was executed for only $11K. Unbelievable.

3. Cupcake Stress Ball

Can you say unnecessary purchase? Totally. Why would you ever need a stress ball shaped like an adorable pink and puffy cupcake? You really wouldn’t. But you need to have it anyways. Clearly. Glad we settled this matter.

4. Fabric Ribbon

Before you grab your keys and head to the nearest Party City to pick up an ugly, cheap garland for your next event, think twice! If you craft often or just are a fan of throwing parties, ribbon or fabric scraps always happen to be scattered about here and there. And now there is a really great way to recycle them – pretty and colorful garlands! I think they make more of an impact than the usual suspects and look so beautiful when they catch the light, don’t they?

5. Pentax K-r in Pink!

I don’t know about you guys, but who would want a boring, regular D-SLR after laying eyes on this beauty??? Pentax just launched their new model, K-r, and it has interchangeable colorful bodies and lenses, allowing you to create your own bright and fun cameras. Most brilliant idea ever! Unfortunately, it seems like the colors are only available for Japanese customers, which is completely unfair. Why does Japan get all the good stuff? Maybe I could ask Ms. Hot Chocolate and Mint, my new favorite blogger (how cute is she???).

Someone just tossed a beautiful succulent Aloe and a gorgeous pot at the trash drop at my apartment complex, of course I had a hoarder moment and snatched it up after tossing in my hefty. I’m hopefully going to be able to revive it… some neighbor friend sort of “gifted” me a succulent tonight – if you count trash picking! HAHA 🙂

Wowww I am obsessed with that wedding, Meli!!
Her dress, her headpiece, & walking down the aisle to Sleepwalk?
Someone find me a boyfriend so I can have legitimate wedding dreams. 😉
