Saturday was a highly anticipated day in the world of Melificent. I was finally going to see The Deathly Hallows with some of my closest friends at Cinebistro, a 21+ theater that serves you dinner and drinks as you enjoy the movie. Without giving away any spoilers (I know a lot of people have yet to see the film), the movie was nothing short of incredible. It stayed true to the book and really did a great job evoking all the intense feelings that are swimming all throughout the series closer. I’ve always complained that watching the movies does not compare to reading the books, but while watching Part 1, all the same emotions I felt while reading the book came right back up to the surface. In other words, I was a big heaping pile of loser. I don’t even know how I’m going to handle the second chapter, perhaps with an industrial size tissue box.
Happy Belated Hump Day: Hogwarts Edition
I know. It’s not hump day. Yesterday was hump day. But cut me some slack, I couldn’t dare post about some hot piece on the day of my wedding anniversary. It would just be wrong. Anyways, I’m a strong supporter of better late than never, and these guys were worth the wait. Literally. We’ve watched the Potter kids grow up as they’ve played the roles of some of our most beloved literary characters: Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley. And now, in only a matter of hours, theaters will be throwing open their doors to welcome the throngs of dedicated fans that have been waiting anxiously to lay eyes on the first half of the last chapter of the series. My one tip for tonight’s viewers? Bring Kleenex. Lots of it. Accio picspam!
Lovable Friday!

I’ve decided that Vivienne Westwood is a vile and evil sorceress that is hell bent on destroying my bank account. I also place a little of the blame on Rock ‘n Roll Bride for introducing me to her absolutely adorable collection. The second I set eyes on them I became obsessed with having them, along with the heart shoes. I started scouring Ebay and Google in a frenzy, but unfortunately, they are still out of my price range. I’m hoping someone somewhere will take pity on me and purchase them for me. Gosh, this shoe fetish is just getting out of control.
Lovable Friday

It’s no secret: I love easy DIY projects! Although I don’t consider myself to be very crafty, I can do spray painting without any difficulties. Promise. And this simple DIY project consisting of a can of spray paint and a pack of mason jars really does it for me. Just think of these pretties adorning a table at an event or even as a centerpiece for a shower – they would be so perfect! And the best part is that they would take minimal time and effort, as well as be gentle on your wallet. I, for one, can’t wait to give these babies a test run. If you are also interested, you can pick up large packs of mason jars at Big Lots for under $15! Thank me later 😉
Terribull’s Last Day
Hello Meli Dolls,
Today is my last day as Meli’s guest blogger… it’s been a treat to get to post to her fantastic site and be a part of her blog. Hopefully I will be lucky enough to get to guest blog for Meli again in the future when she goes on another adventure.
On to the good stuff…
So, how many of you watched Dexter? The premier was AMAZING… I am full of questions and already counting the moments until I get to see more… What road do you think that Dexter’s Dark Passenger will take?
Tonight is Glee… my other favorite, it’s the Britney Spears episode featuring six of her hit songs, I cant wait to see Heather Morris shine as a more than a supporting character in this one.
Well loves, off to get the day started… I’m my own shameless promotion, my blog is still a work in progress, but I hope to keep in touch with you all there (eventually).
xoxo Terribull
